How To Make Cake

Sunshine Cake

Ingredient

6eggs,separated
1/3teaspoon cream of tartar
pinch of salth
1 cup cake flour
1 cup sugar
1 lemon,grated rind
1 teaspoon vanilla

How to make
1.Preheat oven to 325F
2.Sift flour before measuring. Combine and sift with sugar.
3.Beat egg yolks untill light and thick. Slowly add half of the sugar,continuing to beat at medium speed of electric mixer.Stir in grated lemon rind and vanilla.
4.In a separate bowl,add a pinch of salth,and cream of tartar to egg whites,beat whites with a wire whip untill stiff enough to stand in peaks but not dry.
5.Into the egg yolk mixture,gently fold remaining sugar and then egg whites.Next,fold in the flour and solt,and then,the remaining egg whites.
6.Pour the batter into an ungreased tube pan.
7.Bake for about 1 hour or until cake tests done.
8.Remove from oven and invert pan until cool. Using a dull knife,run it around the edge of the pan to separate cake from pan it required

A little girl

This is my friend who listen to me, help me out, and is alway there for me. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's crazy. Her name is Hayatee Lamyee. Her nickname is Ty but her friends usually call her Tia. Although it's not truth, she isn't angry.

She has remembered that she was naughty, stubborn and ragged. She didn't like to play the robots and toys, but now they aren't contrary with this present.

She is the youngest daughter. She has one sister who is studying the fourth year at P.S.U and she will graduate next month. Now Ty is the first year student of English major,faculty of Education. She decide to study at Thaksin University because she in Songkhla. She frequently goes back home every weekend.

Because she is the youngest sister, she didn't neat. She is talkative with her closed friends, but she hardly talks with the different friend. She dislikes cake but likes fruit ( to except she dislike durian ) . She like read and white collours, likes Doraemon cartoon. And important she delight to a Korea star, him name is Kim Tae Pyung.

Finally,I want to tell everyone that Ty is a little girl who is pretty talkative and kind. She like to eat fruit and ice-cream. She is never angry friend,so she is our best friend.
